Remember the big black leather Modalu Dickens tote I bought in the sale earlier in the year? The cute horse head envelope wallet is detachable, so I couldn’t resist taking it out with my suede McQ flats, also from the winter sale!
I love the depth of black that suede gives you – it might not be the hardiest of materials, but it’s so pretty!
The feminine toe shape and deep black is offset by these biker studs at the back of the shoe which keeps it from being a completely blank slate – a little hard-edged McQueen touch.
(By the way, I can’t wait for the McQueen Savage Beauty exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum next year! Are you planning on going?)
