About

Food Fash Fit is a blog dedicated to food, fashion and fitness!

I’m a full time journalist by day – and a full time foodie by day and night! Unfortunately, food and fashion don’t mix all that well unless you add in some fitness, so I’ll be covering all three. For the intently curious amongst you, I can reveal the following information – I am in my 30s, I live in Hampshire, and I have a husband and a cat – but I’m actually a dog person. (The husband part is more than acceptable, however!)

I have been featured in 501 Bento Box Lunches, the Financial Times, and ABC News for my bento boxes and bento box recipes.

You can also find me on various social media platforms! Follow me on Twitter @FoodFashFit. Find me on Facebook at FoodFashFit. Follow me on Instagram, Pinterest and Polyvore. You can also scroll down the page for some more social media bits and bobs!

Disclaimer: from time to time I may be provided with samples or review copies for free to feature on my blog. In these cases, I will be sure to indicate this in the post, and any items I have received will be listed with c/o. I also sometimes receive items for my day job which I will feature on the blog in a similar manner. Hi there! I really enjoy your blog and have appreciated reading it while I’m doing the 22 Day Revolution diet. I was wondering if you have a list of each of the meals calories? For some of the meals in your posts, I wasn’t sure if you listed the calorie count as the amount that you ate or what the total calorie count from the recipes were. In the 22 Day Revolution book, it seems like the servings are very large and so reading your posts have really helped a girl out! Thanks so much!

Thanks for your feedback Junice – I will try to do a post about this, because you’re right – not all of my calorie counts correspond directly to the total amount the recipe creates. If you have any specific questions about meals where you weren’t sure of the calories, please let me know and I’ll dig out the info for you.
