Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, so I thought I’d put together some ideas for treats – whether you’re buying for yourself or a partner, I hope you find some inspiration!

Ladies first: check out this beautiful Diptyque candle with Olympia le Tan – I’ve already ordered mine from Net-A-Porter! (It’s available in a small (£28) or large (£44) size.) It has an embroidered label and is scented with rose, lipstick and leather (like a ladies’ handbag!). Next up, this pretty bracelet from Baublebar ($38), which is also available in a three pack for Valentine’s Day ($36) which is better value!

On the next line, a classic Bayswater clutch from Mulberry in red fiery spritz (£495), which will be a favourite Valentine’s Day accessory for years to come (trust me, I know!). Then, the classic Dior 999 colour in lipstick (£26.50) and nail varnish (£19.00) – such a fantastic bright red shade! A twist on the classic love heart French Sole line comes from a collaboration with Beulah on the final line, in the form of these grey and blue suede flats (£185). Pair it with the Shibani scarf in blue hearts – now available to order for a limited time (£90).

And now for the gents! Men can be so difficult to buy for, but I found some cool items online, like this clock from John Lewis (£27.99), which comes in a variety of finishes and colours. Also, this funny bearded mug from John Lewis (£5), which also has a female counterpart here.

If you’d like to purchase something you can later use yourself (so sneaky!), how about this club check scarf from Aquascutum (£85)? It’s perfect for wrapping up warm through into spring! On the male grooming front, you could treat your fella to this fancy Cowshed shaving set (£150). Or, this gorgeous Alexander McQueen umbrella, complete with a skull handle – surely an heirloom item that’ll serve you both well for years to come (£365).

Finally, on the bottom row, try this chocolate and port hamper from Hotel Chocolat (£25) – they have a great range of delicious products for Valentine’s Day! And if cufflinks are his thing, these cool vintage watch ones (£59.95) from Harrods are a great pick.
