Spend or Splurge: Pointed Flats

After I posted a pic of my growing collection of pointed flats, I had quite a few people asking me where they were from, so I put together a Polyvore collection of a few examples at different budgets. A couple of the items aren’t the same as the ones in my picture, as they were last season’s, but hopefully I managed to find some interesting alternatives!

Pointed flats: save or splurge

Those Dale flats are to die for (L.K. Bennett, £150), but these slingbacks are a great alternatives at a fraction of the price (Next, £26). Metal toe caps are a big trend these season (Alexander McQueen, £340), but if you just like a plain, matt black flat, here’s an alternative, which is also available in different colours (Mint Velvet, £79). On the bottom row, check out these vibrant lemon yellow slipper-esque flats (Jimmy Choo, £495), or you can pick up some nice, inexpensive two-part flats instead (Next, £22)*. Finally, push the boat out for these awesome looking Pigalle spike flats (Christian Louboutin, £625), or save with these embellished grey flats (Keddo, £50). (*As I own these flats, fair warning – you’ll need to go down an entire size to get these to fit you! Check the reviews on Next’s site for more guidance!)
